Let’s not take this out of proportion, David Banner and Lil Waayne are long time friends and business partners. David Banner has found himself a higher purpose in life and it’s more then money & a petty 160k, but business is business maybe Mr. Banner is getting his before the ship sink at Young Money with the confusing going on at the label.
According to TMZ, Banner has won a judgement against Lil Wayne‘s Young Money records worth $164,000. Banner claims that he was never paid for three songs he produced, including Tha Carter III‘s “La La” and We are Young Money‘s “Streets is Watchin.” Young Money never responded to the lawsuit, leaving the judge no choice but to award Banner the default of $164,303.19.
